Shipping and returns

Packages are generally dispatched by Colissimo (France, Andorre & Monaco) and GLS within 3 business days after receipt of payment. Shipping fees include handling and packing and postage costs.

The period of withdrawal for returns is 14 days, as stipulated by European Union law.
These returns, known as "standard returns", are at your expense and must be made by your own means. We will proceed with the reimbursement of your order once it has been received by our logistics department.

If you believe that the contents of your package is damaged, contact us directly and if necessary we will replace the product and then we will engage the responsibility of the transporter.

- France, Monaco & Andorre: 5€ (Free shipping over 50€).

- Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Liechtenstein*, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, San Marino*, Swiss*: 10€

- Spain, Gibraltar*, Hungary, Portugal, Rep. from Ireland, Rep. Czech, Slovakia, Slovenia: 15€

- Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway*, Romania, Sweden: 20€

- Cyprus*, Greece,  Malta, Türkiye*: 30€

- Croatia: 35€
